Goals
Situated in an area of London heavily populated with other Persian eateries, Belgrave Restaurant needed a unique selling point. With an authentic menu celebrating his culinary heritage, owner Amin Ebrahimi wanted to show that there's so much more to Persian cuisine than just the kebab. The challenge was communicating this key difference to potential customers – Amin needed the digital tools to make Belgrave's individuality stand out online.

Approach
Amin's top priority was to entice diners with a sense of what they could expect from their visit. Setting up a Business Profile on Google gave the restaurant a space to tell its story. Evocative copy, eye-catching images, reviews, opening times and booking information could all be accessed in one click. With competition so rife in the local area, securing a clear place label on Google Maps was also a vital element of Amin's visibility strategy.

A distinct offering set Belgrave Restaurant apart from online competitors, piquing customer interest – while reviews from happy diners encouraged others to book. Data from the Google Business Profile reporting tool, such as customer demographics and distance travelled, was also key to Amin's success. With greater insight into who his customers are and where they come from, Amin now stays afloat of the constantly evolving London dining scene.
